1. How can I pay for my order?

The preferred method of receiving payment can be made using a debit card. 

    2. How will I know my order is being processed?

      3. What are your delivery charges?

      4. What is your returns policy?
      Due to the nature of the products, and for health and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if your order is delivered damaged. You will be issued a refund or new package sent out. If this should happen, please email us at beyondbeauteeecs@outlook.com.
        5. When will an item or product be back in stock?

        The majority of Beyond Beauteee products are either homemade or made to order, so there will be times that some are out of stock. If there is a product that you want but it is out of stock, please contact us using this form, or email us at beyondbeauteeecs@outlook.com.

        6. Does BeyondBeauteee test on animals?
        BeyondBeauteee is against animal testing. We do not test any of our products or their ingredients on animals.
